We at Eish2o understand the need for all round support. From your initial training, through to mentoring sessions and ongoing training seminars, we recognise the need for support and continued education.

Initial Franchise Training

Every new franchisee will undergo an initial franchise training session which takes place over three days. The initial training covers all the vital elements pertaining to:

- The water industry.
- The science of water and hydration
- The issues relating to hygiene and public health
- The market acceptance and purchasing patterns
- Our purification systems and bottling processors
- The legal, technical and administrative systems

The training also covers:

- Our Unique sales and marketing mechanisms
- Our full suite of products, goods and services
- How to start and run a successful Eish2o business
- Your business launch process and start up
- How to process the leads supplied through our portals

The MSP (The Mindset Program)

Every month we facilitate a mentorship program with personal time with each franchisee. These sessions are designed to enhance, grow and equip our team with specific focus on the individual areas and business models.

In addition to these sessions, we also have our think tank communication system, which allows you to, “tap into”, our intellectual capital pool of all our existing successful team members.

Bi-weekly Newsletter

The franchisee will receive via email a weekly newsletter from the various divisions of Eish2o™, outlining interesting articles with regard to Business Development, updates on the water industry, and various opportunities available to the network from time to time.

National Web Based Referral System

Eish2o™ brand development includes an ever increasing web based referral system whereby potential clients will be encouraged to request a demonstration on the water they are currently consuming and the benefits of Eish2o™.

Training seminars

All franchisees within the National network will be required to attend a business workshop 3 times per annum. The content of these seminars will cover:

 Ongoing Sales & Marketing Techniques.
 Management and Tracking Technologies.
 Entrepreneurial and Business Skills.
 New legislation changes and applications thereof.

These sessions are billed in relation to any other day or two day training sessions.
